Others have done extensive research and calibration with FSUIPC registered version for more in depth fine tuning. Anything I customized in the Saitek is through FSX. I never used the Profiler just the Control Panel for checks. After Windows finish then you should install your Saitek Driver. Windows should see Saitek and get the drivers for it. I didn't want Saitek to take power from my PC so I bought a multiport USB with its own power supply. One cable (I'll take your word for it as PS/2 not an USB) connects the joystick to the throttler and from the latter through USB to your PC. One thing I have noticed when looking through the forums is that everyone talks about connecting with a USB, the throttle quadrant does have a USB connection but the joystick uses a mouse PS/2 port. The joystick is lit up but I cannot get it to do anything.
